Terms of Service

Use of the site

What ViewChart Lab offers, and what is expected when you read and share it.

ViewChart Lab provides educational content about AI email tools, inbox automation and email security. The guides, comparisons and explainers are written for readers in South Korea who want to understand how email assistants work, how automation rules are structured, and which security habits reduce everyday risk.

You may read, reference and share the content for personal and professional purposes. You can link to a page, quote a short passage with credit, or use what you learn to set up your own inbox.

What is not permitted

  • You may not copy substantial portions of the site for republication, including mirroring whole articles or rebuilding the guide collection under another name.
  • You may not scrape the site at scale or use automated collection that interferes with normal access for other visitors.
  • You may not present its content as your own, remove context from comparisons, or imply that ViewChart Lab endorses another product or service.

If you need to reuse material beyond short quotation — for example in training handouts or classroom use — contact us first so we can agree on a fair form of credit.

Please read carefully

No professional advice

The content on this site is informational. It is not legal, security, financial or compliance advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for professional consultation.

Email setups differ. A filter, label system or security setting that suits one team can be wrong for another, especially where client data, workplace rules or local regulations apply.

References to products, certifications or providers describe publicly available information. They are not endorsements, and they do not mean a tool is suitable for your situation.

Before you change security settings, grant an AI tool access to your mailbox, or act on a compliance question, check with a qualified professional or with the provider directly.

Accuracy and changes

AI products change frequently. Menus move, pricing tiers are renamed, permissions are added or removed, and information that was accurate when published may become outdated.

We aim to keep pages current but do not guarantee that every detail reflects the latest product state. Publication dates help you judge freshness, and where a screen or feature has changed since our review, the vendor documentation controls.

You are responsible for verifying details with the vendor before making decisions — particularly limits, data handling, supported languages, and whether a feature is available on your plan in South Korea.

If you spot an outdated detail, send the page address and a short note to our email. Corrections help every reader.

Third-party products and links

The site discusses third-party products and may link to external pages, including email providers, assistant tools and security resources.

We do not control those products or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is a reference for further reading, not a promise that the destination will remain unchanged.

Any interaction with a third-party product — creating an account, installing an add-on, granting mailbox access or paying for a plan — is between you and that provider. Their own terms and privacy notice apply from that point.

Intellectual property and liability

Two short rules close the legal picture: what belongs to whom, and the limits that apply when you use free educational material on the open web.

Intellectual property

The text, structure and original content on this site belong to ViewChart Lab unless otherwise stated. That includes the wording of guides, the order of lessons, and the explanatory diagrams written for this project.

Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Naming an email client or assistant to explain it does not claim any right over that brand.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Like any website, it may contain mistakes or temporary outages.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. This includes decisions about tools, settings or workflows made after reading our pages.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

A quiet note on reading legal pages

Terms pages work best when they are short enough to finish. The sections above cover the whole agreement for this site: fair use of our writing, honest limits of educational content, and where outside providers take over. No hidden schedules apply.
