Contact — editorial inbox

Questions about AI email tools, inbox automation or email security are welcome. We read everything that arrives and reply when a question needs a direct answer.
This is an editorial project, so we can help with explanations, comparisons and pointers. We cannot provide technical support for third-party products or fix account issues on your behalf.
What to write to us about
The most useful messages are specific. “Does Crew by AI3 actually cover KakaoTalk, or only email?” is easier to answer than “Is AI email good?”
Questions we get often: how a particular tool handles Korean, whether a provider is supported, how summarization behaves on long threads, and what CSAP means in a procurement context. All fair game.
If you spotted something wrong on a page, tell us which page and what is incorrect. Corrections get priority.
How to reach us
-
Email
[email protected]Main channel. Best when you need to include details. Monitored by the editorial team.

Mailing address
Memed Abashidze Avenue 10, Batumi 6010, Georgia. That is where the site is operated from, not a product support desk.
Find us at Memed Abashidze Avenue 10 in Batumi. Visits are by arrangement — email first and we will set a time.
A clear boundary
We explain tools. We do not run vendor support desks.
If your question is about understanding an AI email feature, write in. If your account is locked, contact the product maker directly — that path is faster.
Response times
Most emails get a reply within a few business days. Questions that need research, like checking a specific Korean provider, take longer.
No word after a week? Send a nudge. We do not use automated replies — anything you receive comes from a person.
What we cannot help with
Accounts, billing and bugs
We cannot recover a locked account, cancel a subscription, or intervene with a vendor. Those requests need to go to the product’s own support team.
Legal and procurement advice
We do not provide legal or compliance advice. A formal security assessment for procurement is a job for a qualified auditor, not an editorial site.
Sales
We do not sell software, so there is nothing to purchase here. If a message implies otherwise, it did not come from us.
Sending details safely
Do not include passwords, authentication codes, or full account numbers in a message. We never need them.
To share a screenshot of an email problem, redact personal information first. We are asking about general patterns, not your specific account.
For a suspected security incident, contact your own IT team or provider before writing to us. Speed matters there, and we are not the right first call.
What happens after you write
Your message lands in the editorial inbox and gets read by a person. Depending on the question, it may turn into a clarification on an existing page or a note for future updates.
If we cannot answer directly, we will say so rather than guess. A wrong answer about tool compatibility is worse than no answer.
You will see a confirmation page after submitting the form. If you emailed directly instead, you will get a reply when we have something useful to say.
Quick answers before you write
Many inbox guide questions are already covered in our comparisons. If yours is not, the form above is the fastest way to reach us.
Email automation help starts with the task you want to simplify — sorting, drafting, or follow-ups.
Do you answer questions about specific AI email products?
Yes, if the question is about how a product works or what it supports. We cannot help with account problems, billing, or bugs — those go to the vendor.
How long does a reply take?
Usually a few business days. Questions requiring research into a specific provider or feature take longer. If a week passes without a response, follow up.
Can you recommend which tool I should buy?
We do not recommend purchases. We explain how tools compare on specific tasks so you can decide. Our comparison page covers A-Dot, Crew by AI3 and ASAP in detail.
Still deciding what to ask?
